Why doesn’t the mop spray water?

Please check if the bottle and the pole are installed correctly.Please press the trigger 10-15 times continuously during the first use to activate the water spray system.Please clear the tank and spray nozzle after use to avoid clogging caused by solidification of the detergent.

Why does the mop leak after using it?

Please pour out the water in the bottle after each use, try not to leave excess water in the bottle, and press several times to drain the water from the nozzle system.because when the bottle is placed in the mop, some water will remain in the nozzle,If it is not used for a long time, it will destroy the pressure of the sprinkler device and cause water leakage.

I just received the mop,and why are there water stains in the bottle?

We carefully test the sprayer before shipping,so it’s normal if you find some water in the bottle. It’s not used.

We will pass three tests before leaving the factory to ensure that the water can be sprayed normally, so some water stains are the result of the test

Why are there wear marks on the pole head when I unpack it?

Our factory will test and assemble it before shipment to test whether it can spray water normally.,so there will be traces of installation,it is normal.

Note:Please install the mop pad in the correct direction.
